To ensure the best possible experience for your dog and our groomers, please take note of the following important information before your appointment.

Dog and veterinary information

Before your dog's first grooming session, we will ask you to create a record card. This helps us ensure we have all necessary information regarding your dog's health, temperament, and any specific requirements or allergies, as well as important veterinary contact details.

Booking reminders and communication

We understand life gets busy! To help you remember your appointment, we will send you a convenient text reminder closer to your scheduled time. You may also receive email communications regarding your booking or other important updates from Wiggle & Wagging Bright Eyes.

Cancellations and rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Please read our policy on cancellations and rescheduling to avoid any inconvenience.

Changing your appointment

Should you need to change or cancel your dog's appointment, we kindly request that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Please call us on 07414607825 or email us at wigglewagbrighteyes@gmail.com to do so.

Deposit policy

Please note that if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained. This policy helps us manage our schedule and ensure fairness to all our clients.
