Handstripping is a specialized grooming technique designed for wire‑haired breeds to keep their natural coat texture and rich colour at its best. Instead of clipping, the loose topcoat is gently removed by hand, allowing the new, healthy coat to grow through. Nail trim included

Our Puppy Intro to Grooming is a gentle, confidence‑building session designed to help little ones learn that grooming is a happy, positive experience. We take everything slowly, with plenty of reassurance, cuddles, and breaks so your puppy feels safe and relaxed.
They’ll enjoy a soft brush‑through, a warm bath with puppy‑safe shampoo, a gentle blow‑dry, and a tidy around the eyes, feet, — only what they’re comfortable with. It’s all about building trust, getting them used to the sights and sounds of the salon, and setting them up for a lifetime of stress‑free grooming.
💛🐾 Senior Dog Groom
Our Senior Dog Groom is designed with extra care for our golden oldies. We take things slowly, using soft handling and plenty of comfort breaks to make sure your dog feels relaxed and supported throughout their groom.
This gentle service includes a warm bath, careful blow‑dry, brush‑out, nail trim, ear clean, and a tidy or full style — always adapted to what your dog can comfortably manage on the day.
🐾 Nail Cutting — With a Gentle, Low‑Stress Approach
Our nail cutting service is calm, careful, and designed to keep your dog comfortable. For dogs who find the snip of clippers worrying, we can use a Dremel-style nail grinder instead. It’s quieter, smoother, and helps avoid the sudden cutting noise that can cause stress.
We take off just the right amount to keep nails neat, safe, and healthy, helping your dog walk comfortably and confidently.
🐾 Anal Gland Expressing
Some dogs need a little extra help keeping their anal glands comfortable. If your dog is scooting, licking their back end, or giving off that strong fishy smell, it may be a sign their glands are full.
We offer gentle anal gland expressing to help relieve this discomfort. It’s a quick, calm process carried out with care, and only when it’s truly needed. If the glands appear painful, infected, or impacted, we’ll always recommend seeing a vet for further treatment.

Every full groom at Wiggle & Wagging Bright Eyes includes a 30‑minute brush‑out as part of the service and nail trim. This helps keep your dog’s coat healthy, comfortable, and able to breathe properly.

🫐🐶 Blueberry Face Wash
Our gentle blueberry face wash helps lift away tear stains and discolouration around the eyes and mouth from food, water, or dribbling — and it smells absolutely gorgeous.
